All servers are located in Telehouse, Frankfurt, Germany connected to a backbone of 2.5Gigabit.
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) - redundant power connections, in the case of failure control units feed backup power from batteries to the network operation center when a failure occurs in the main power supply feeds. Before the UPS batteries run dry, diesel generator power starts up and runs indefinitely to provide further backup power.
CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) - Providing controlled temperature and humidity for hardware to operate.
Security monitoring - Center is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day. All activity is monitored by overhead security cameras placed in strategic locations.
